The PES - Logic board PNOZmulti is a modular training system from the Pilz Education Systems series - PES. It consists of modern, industrial components and can be used for practical teaching at vocational colleges and universities, for example.

The PES systems are used for training purposes and can simulate the function of a plant or machine. They also have various safety and automation functions, which are clearly arranged on boards.

The logic board PNOZmulti enables the free configuration of safety functions using the software tool PNOZmulti Configurator (a sample project is included with the product).
The board can be used to consider and learn about the following subjects:

  • Flexible connectivity to other components

  • Basics of speed monitoring

The graphical programming language offers a simple introduction to the programming of control tasks and safety technology.

Sets, Trumpf conversion kit PSS 3056

Sets, Trumpf conversion kit PSS 3056

Sets for the configurable safe small controller PNOZmulti 2 contain a base unit, expansion modules, terminals etc. under one order number. The conversion kit can only be used for TRUMABEND type press brakes / die bending presses from Trumpf, as a replacement for the built-in safety controller PSS 3056-Trumpf (order numbers 301301, 301305, 301307), used between ca. 1996 and 2004. Convenient conversion / retrofit, based on a PNOZmulti 2 system, which is assembled on a base plate, ready to plug in.
