Recertification was required due to changes in the standards.
The notified body of TÜV SÜD confirms that the product complies with the essential requirements in accordance with Annex (I) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/426 on appliances burning gaseous fuels (Gas Appliances Regulation GAR). PNOZmulti 2 Burner meets the current requirements of the standards EN 298:2022, EN 1643:2022 and EN 50156 1:2024 (EN 50156 2:2015 unamended).
Proof of recertification of our burner management system can be found in the EU type examination certificate. Recertification was based on the national German DIN EN standards. These are identical in content to the European EN standards.
