Cascading function for effective protection against encroachment into and behind the protected area

Adjacent protected fields can easily be safeguarded using the cascading function. The light guards are arranged on top of each other and connected in series. The absence of dead zones enables continuous single beams that protect high and/or large protected fields. The light guards move closer to the application and they save space. Users benefit from reduced time and costs in wiring and a high flexibility - even when faced with changing requirements and different machine types.
