How can I read and save the error stack?

Software tool PNOZmulti Configurator

Call up the error stack in the PNOZmulti Configurator; an online connection is needed.
Using the right mouse button in the error text field, select all under the "Display" menu
Then, under "Save", define the path and file name, ...
... save and email it to Technical Support (support@pilz.com).
The file *.mperr can be displayed using any text editor (e.g. Windows text editor).
