The PSS-range from Pilz comprises modular and compact programmable control systems as well as decentralised, modular or compact input/output modules for safety-related and/or standard control functions; these can be used on stand-alone machines as well as plants that extend over a wide area. For decentralised control architectures, communication between the controller and the decentralised periphery is via SafetyBUS p for example.
