A large number of I/O modules for your requirements

Can be combined individually!

Product photo of various modules side by side

The input and output modules can be combined individually to match your actual needs.

System adjustments can be made later, simply by adding or exchanging modules. IndustrialPI is therefore versatile and enables the most varied application requirements to be mapped.

Use of the PiBridge and PiControl driver enables a continuous exchange of the switch states at the inputs and outputs with the central process image of the IndustrialPI base module. Error states and configuration values are also transmitted at regular intervals.

Overview of the I/O module features:

  • Up to 10 expansion modules can be used per page
  • Logic section with PiBridge galvanically isolated
  • Protection against interference is guaranteed in accordance with EN 61131-2
  • Can be used in a temperature range from -40°C to +50°C and with a relative humidity of up to 93%
  • Digital I/O modules offer the option to generate PWM signals or execute counter functions
  • Analogue I/O modules have standard current and voltage ranges as well as RTD channels to record temperatures
  • The relay output module has volt-free N/O relay contacts, which can switch a voltage of up to 230 VAC at 5 A or 30 VDC at 5 A.
